Can I use this as my registered office address?

Yes, it’s an extra £5 per month and this includes having your mail scanned as well as posted to you.

How is secure or confidential mail handled?

We have a legal obligation to check the identity and address of every client. This procedure means all mail is handled safely.

Can I have anything sent to this address?

Yes, you can have anything you like sent to this address. It is worth noting, we charge £2.50 plus the Royal Mail cost to forward your parcel to you, which includes storage of the parcel for up to one week.

What facilities are included in the meeting room?

Each meeting room includes fast Wi-Fi, modern office furniture, refreshments and fully furnished utilities such as a kitchen and WC.

How do I book a meeting room?

To book one of our meeting rooms, all you have to do is either email or call us with the date/s and time you would like to book. We’ll take care of the rest.

How often will mail be forwarded to me?

All mail is forwarded within 24 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri). Most post will be received within 2 working days when sent to a UK address – it’s sent 1st class via Royal Mail who deliver 93% of their mail on the next working day.
