IWFM North visits Moneypenny to learn secrets of creating ‘award-winning employee wellbeing’

It was a pleasure to welcome a host of IWFM North members to our headquarters earlier this month for their latest key learning event.  

The seminar, organised by IWFM North, was designed to help FM professionals learn how they could implement award-winning employee wellbeing strategies in their own organisations.    

Speaking at the event, co-founder of Moneypenny, Rachel Clacher, shared her real-life experiences of creating a happy and engaged workforce, and how – through ensuring the wellbeing of its employees – it became a Sunday Times Top 5 Best Company to Work For.   

Jess Pritchard, Channel Manager Corporate, said: “We were delighted to host IWFM North’s event at our headquarters, especially one that is so close to our hearts. Employee wellbeing is a key issue that companies are striving to address to ensure their employees remain happy and motivated at work.”

The event also saw Sara Duxbury, business psychologist at Carter Corson speak to attendees about individual and organisational resilience. Carter Corson is a team of business psychologists who specialise in improving organisational performance through the people within it. 

Jess added: “We really wanted attendees to gain an understanding of how wellbeing in the workplace can be implemented, as well as leave the event armed with a selection of genuine ideas and examples. Investing in staff wellbeing and helping employees to be happy and healthy is a top priority for most businesses, and in turn they will reap the rewards this offers them.”
