Moneypenny is a proud sponsor of the prestigious 2015 Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times.

Entries to the awards are open now, until 24th April 2015 and you are welcome to enter as many categories as you wish. It’s a good idea to register in plenty of time so you can familiarise yourself with the ins and outs of the process.

The awards, judged by an expert panel overseen by The Property Ombudsman Christopher Hamer, will be taking place on 12th June 2015, so make a note on your calendar.

Entering awards is a great way to differentiate your agency from competitors. Make yours stand head and shoulders above the rest by setting yourself apart – and what better way to do this than with the most sought after title in lettings?

It can be so easy to get stuck in the same methods and routines, with the temptation to stick to what works.  Applying for an award gives you that all-important perspective, perhaps highlighting to you where your comfort zone is, which will encourage you to try something new. The same goes for after the awards too – for example, performing well in the training and development category could open up new opportunities for the future in terms of keen new employees.

Pay a visit to www.estateagencyevents.com to register your entry/entries. Here you can see the full selection of categories available for you to enter.

As part of getting involved in an award you will meet new contacts along the way and build relationships with other nominees, sponsors and organisers. You already have something in common so it’s a great basis to start a connection.

An award signifies quality, reassuring your potential customers. Being awarded the seal of approval from a recognised body will do this, as well as showing that you embrace best practice and excellent standards, which mean a great deal to the consumer. With many awards comes national publicity, so this message spreads all the further.
