Moneypenny US expands its new state-of-the-art offices in Charleston

It’s celebration time at our US office following their expansion into a new, state-of-the-art facility in Charleston and the announcement of ambitious plans for year-on-year growth.

In addition to doubling the size of our current base in South Carolina, we are also planning to double the size of our team in the US this year.

Charlotte Glover, Moneypenny’s Director of Operations in the US, said: “We are looking forward to expanding our Moneypenny team here in Charleston. All of our clients have a dedicated professional receptionist who answers calls for them so they can confidently focus on their own business. We have also recently launched outsourced live chat for businesses. Live chat is a fast-growing area – we’re not surprised given that on average 40% of chats result in a new business enquiry.”
