Moneypenny is proud to be supporting New Homes LIVE 14, which promises to be an inspirational day of learning and networking for new homes professionals. Being held at the Congress Centre in London on Friday 24th October, this event offers take-home value whether you are a new homes developer or an estate agent with a new homes department.
Showcasing research and innovations from both UK and international developers, the world-class presenters will explore industry specific statistics from the 2014 Home Moving Trends Survey (the biggest independent survey in the industry), as well as sharing key behaviours and expectations from potential buyers and how you can use digital platforms for effective engagement with them. Let’s take a look at the presenters:
- Digital marketing expert Dan Hare will show the top five items you should be focussing on, and provide tips on how to improve your digital marketing.
- James Dearsley, international writer and speaker on futuristic elements of property marketing, will show you that tools, such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and 3D printing, are closer than you might think.
- Grant Leboff will share the shortcomings of the traditional marketing model and explain the key ways in which you can replace them with sales and marketing messages that really work for today’s consumer.
- Susan Hallam will demonstrate how you can make digital strategy work for you, rather than being a slave to technology. Using case studies and practical examples, you will learn effective ways to become a successful digital leader.
