Telephone answering specialist Moneypenny is delighted to be sponsoring the Conveyancer of the Year Awards 2013 in association with The Times and The Sunday Times as part of the prestigious annual Estate Agency of the Year Awards.

With winners to be announced at the Lancaster Hotel in London on December 6th, the Estate Agency of the Year Awards are the definitive benchmark for excellence in an industry which, by its own admission, has hugely varying degrees of quality among its practitioners. Always keen to champion first-rate service, Moneypenny has sponsored the awards for the past five years and this year is pleased to head up the conveyancer category which recognises excellence in this vital area of the home moving process and for the first time offers a new award, for the best individual conveyancer.

Joanna Swash, Moneypenny’s Commercial Director, appreciates the importance of the relationship between estate agents and law firms in the delivery of the very best customer service to clients. She said: “Here at Moneypenny we provide telephone answering support to more than 850 estate agents and over 700 law firms across the UK, with around 60% of these providing residential conveyancing services. Many of our clients have relationships between themselves and we have both a dedicated property team and a legal team, each with expertise in their specialist areas, so we know how vital good communication is between the two.

“Customer service is everything in the work we do. We make sure all our clients are capturing every single call coming in to their business which in turn helps them to provide the best experience they can for the people they work with. We are delighted to be the preferred supplier of many award winning businesses, including Cunningtons, the overall winner of the Conveyancer of the Year Award 2012.”

Justin White, Cunningtons’ Sales Director, feels the awards are a great way for conveyancers to be showcased among estate agency’s elite. He says: “To be recognised by the best in the industry is a great honour and we have very much welcomed the opportunities winning this award has brought for us in terms of building new relationships, opening new doors and business growth. We are committed to understanding the needs of the customer and the estate agents that work with them and this award is a reminder that we operate in a highly competitive marketplace where we must never rest on our laurels as we strive for higher and higher standards of quality service.”

Awards organisers Estate Agency Events add: “This is the third time we have set out to identify excellence in a vital area of the moving process. Participation in the Conveyancer of the Year awards gives residential conveyancers a chance to be recognised for the quality they offer in the presence of estate agency’s elite.”

“Prior to the awards there will be a dedicated Conveyancer Summit with industry specialists as well as world class speakers, including entrepreneur and business leader James Caan. There is also the fantastic opportunity to network with leading estate agents from across the UK in an event that promises to be different to others in the industry.”
