Redefining the Network

As part of a new initiative to promote their network as one made up of relocation specialists, the estate agency organisation recently changed its name. Formerly Home Sale Network, the name change redefines Relocation Agent Network’s focus on relocation and reflects the scope of services that members can offer their customers. It’s not just about selling homes anymore; it’s about the ‘added value’ that the estate agent can provide to help customers move home.

Relocation Agent Network’s Managing Director, Richard Tucker comments on the recent name change and rebrand: “Since 1994 Home Sale Network has set a benchmark for independent estate agency services. Only one estate agent in any given area is selected to join our exclusive network. Times change and our former name no longer reflected the comprehensive range of services our agents provide beyond that of home sales. As an affiliate of Cartus, the premier provider of global relocation services, it was a natural extension to channel this expertise via our Relocation Agents, to individual customers.”

The Referral Network explained

As an integral part of the organisation, the ‘Referral Network’ sees members work together to deliver this service to their relocating customers, whatever the budget. So how does it work? A customer walks into a Network member’s office in Northampton looking to move to Norwich. The Northampton agent refers the customer to their fellow member in Norwich, who can help them find a new home whilst at the same time provide them with local area information. And the best part is, it costs the customer nothing, but saves them time, effort and money in looking for their new home in an unfamiliar location. Indeed, the Network is currently helping nearly 1,200 movers each month in this way.

Becoming a local expert

Agents are invited to join after they have met strict criteria including quality of service, local knowledge, board counts, market share and overall professionalism. Network members pride themselves on giving the very best customer service possible, to each and every person that walks through their door.
