Moneypenny meets increased demand from manufacturing sector with new appointment

Moneypenny has strengthened its sector expertise with the appointment of Jo Lockwood to head its new manufacturing and engineering team.

With an increase in the number of manufacturing and engineering businesses choosing outsourced communications support to improve business efficiencies and the customer experience, Moneypenny has appointed Jo to lead a dedicated team providing telephone answering, live chat, outsourced switchboard and customer contact support to the sector.

Jo joins as business development manager and brings more than 20 years of experience in account management, customer handling, customer service and business strategy to the role. She has previously held senior positions in manufacturing businesses including Bruni Erben, Verallia UK formerly Allied Glass and Troy Foods.
