Does Coworking include free access to Meeting rooms?

Coworking unlimited customers are eligible for monthly room credit of £100, which can be put towards the hourly hire fee of £35.

What facilities are included in Meeting rooms?

All of our rooms are equipped with modern furnishings and the very latest telecoms equipment, including Google Chromecast and superfast Wi-Fi. Refreshments are also included as standard.

How do I book a meeting room?

Booking one of our meeting rooms is easy; simply email or call your dedicated Account Manager on 0345 123 3700 with the dates and times you’d like to book and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I use this as my registered office address?

Yes, this is an extra £5 per month and includes having your mail scanned and posted to you.

Can I have mail sent to this address and how is it handled?

You can – there’s no handling or postage fee for forwarding letters, and just a minimal £2.50 plus the Royal Mail cost for any parcels. We do have a legal obligation to check the identity and address of every client. This procedure means all mail is handled safely.

How often will mail be forwarded to me?

All mail is forwarded within 24 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri) and is sent 1st class via Royal Mail, which means most items will be received within 2 working days when sent to a UK address. Need it faster? Talk to us about our scan add-on which will get your mail to you in 24 hours.
