Meet Moneypenny Receptionist, Bridgette Jernigan

We caught up with Bridgette to find out more about what life as a Moneypenny Receptionist is all about!

Hi Brigette! Tell us more about what your day-to-day role involves? 

My typical day involves taking calls on behalf of my clients; whose businesses vary from small to large and cover a whole range of sectors – so every day I get to speak with a huge variety of different people! I take all the important details and either transfer callers straight through to staff members or send them a message via text or email for them to follow up in their own time. Our clients love us because they know that whether they’re out for lunch, on another call, or busy with a customer – I’m always here to make sure no inquiries are missed!

When I’m not taking calls, I also assist with Live Chat, and as a Team Manager, I help train staff on our latest technologies and updates.

I also check in regularly with my team to make sure they’re always happy and help them with any queries they have. A happy team = happy clients!

What’s your favorite thing about working at Moneypenny and what do you enjoy most about your role? 

I love the unique culture we’re known for here at Moneypenny, it encourages our individuality to shine through and really brings us together as a team! The most rewarding part of my role is not only the relationships I get to build with my clients, but also with my teammates and new employees – as a Team Manager, I’m able to help shape their careers, from their very first day.
