For the time being, some of our team members are still homeworking. While this isn't affecting our service or team camaraderie in any way, we're all looking forward to the day we can return to the office and catch up with one another in person!
How will Moneypenny deal with members of our team if they’re working remotely?
This isn't a problem whatsoever - we’ll have a diary with all your colleagues' names and numbers to hand. Call handling instructions can be tailored differently for each employee; whether that's transferring calls to landlines or cell phones, or sending messages immediately via email or SMS.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No - all of our smaller Phone Answering & Live Chat schemes have a three month minimum contract. Thereafter, we require only one month's notice to close your account from the date of your next invoice.
How will you ensure our data is protected?
