So I’m Simon Evans, from Monopoly Buy Sell Rent estate agents based in Wrexham, with branches across the whole of North Wales. 

We love the fact that we know if we’re too busy in work in the office here, we’re able to lean on you guys with the AI, with the PAs, which gives us room for growth. 

Obviously the housing market is so busy at the moment and it’s getting busier and busier. If we didn’t use Moneypenny we probably wouldn’t have grown anywhere near the size we have. 

The blend of the AI system and the professional property team just helps us hugely. All of our inquiries are going straight to the AI system, which means that that’s taken potentially 50 to 60 calls a day out of the office, which frees up more time to do, obviously, dealing with inquiries or, more importantly, getting us new instructions to, obviously, get us more properties.

I think one of the main reasons for us, with the AI, is for the journey for the client. So, every question will be answered the same. So when we’re then making a judgment for the landlords on who potentially the best tenants will be, we’re able to compare everyone like-for-like with the exact same answers. That, we think, will give better consistency for everybody. 

AI Call: “Thank you. I will pass this request on to the team who will be in touch to confirm the viewing. Is there anything else I can help you with today?” 

We’ve got more space. We’ve got more time. We’ve got more freedom to do more things. And I just think that the AI system is just going to be game changing.
