Can anyone be part of the affiliate scheme?

We like to ensure anyone introducing our services understands what makes us tick, and how our products and services work. We'd love to meet you at our HQ at least once a year to make sure you're armed with all the information you need, and are fully au-fait with how our programme works.

What information do I need to provide in order to collect my fee?

In order for us to process your payment, we'll need some basic contact information, as well as your bank details. We'll capture all of this when we talk to you.

Is there a limit to how many people I can introduce?

We ask that you refer a minimum of 5 people per year, but there's no limit. The more you introduce, the more you can earn in fees.

When will I receive my payment?

You'll receive quarterly payments for every person who joins Moneypenny as a result of your introduction. Your payment will be made by BACS transfer and will take up to 5 days to clear.

How will I know if my introduction has been successful?

We'll notify you as soon as someone you've introduced joins Moneypenny.

Does this apply to all Moneypenny products?

Yes - for all products excluding our Bespoke Customer Teams service, our commission rate is 10% for the first 12 months. Assuming they sign up to a 2-year minimum contract, introducing a Bespoke Customer Teams client to us will see you receive 5% commission for their first 12 months.
