  • In the current climate, where is Moneypenny's team based?

    For the time being, some of our team members are still homeworking. While this isn't affecting our service or team camaraderie in any way, we're all very much looking forward to the day we can return to the office and catch up with one another in person!

  • How will Moneypenny deal with members of our team if they're working remotely?

    This isn't a problem whatsoever - we'll have a diary with all your colleagues' names and numbers to hand. Call handling instructions can be tailored differently for each employee; whether that's transferring calls to landlines or mobiles, or sending messages immediately via email or SMS.

  • Am I tied into an ongoing contract?

    All of our smaller Telephone Answering & Live Chat schemes have a minimum contract length of 6 months. Thereafter, we require one month's notice to close your account from the date of your next invoice.

  • How will you ensure our data is protected?

    With our secure and encrypted network, we have all the necessary technical capabilities in place to ensure your data remains safe whilst our team look after calls and chats off-site.
