Moneypenny is extremely lucky to be based in an area with so many incredible people – which is why we’re delighted to be able to support The Apprenticeship Academy delivered by Coleg Cambria (our nearest college that’s just a stone’s throw away from our home in Wrexham).

This apprenticeship is similar to our PA role in many ways, but also includes study hours at college during the week. This programme allows you to earn money whilst working towards a qualification, and could end with you being offered a permanent contract here at Moneypenny with a starting salary of £20,000 a year.

Our core roles centre around answering calls and chats for our clients, who are located all over the UK. We make an effort to match every PA with the right client – taking into account their personality, experience and background – and of course, their team, so everyone’s happy.

Which role is right for me?

Age suitability	18+	16+
Hours	Full-time and part-time roles, available Monday-Sunday, including weekends and overnight	Full 39.5-hour contracts including weekend, evening and bank holidays
Contract length	Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period included	12-14 month course length, with the potential of an offer of a permanent job at Moneypenny with a starting salary of £20k
Qualifications	Access to optional NVQ level 2 & 3 training outside of work hours after 6 months	City & Guild (level 2 or 3) Customer Service Apprenticeship
