The Moneypenny office
As soon as you walk into the Moneypenny office each morning, you will be greeted by the smell of freshly baked croissants and an assortment of fruits and cereals that are available to all of our employees, for free.
With the aim of ensuring that all of our employees look forward to going into work, the office is a manifestation of all of our values, which include going above and beyond to ensure that every day at Moneypenny is a productive and happy one.
Outside of the office you will find a nature trail and a pond complete with our very own family of ducks. You may also catch a glimpse of one of our rabbits who have found a home here. With natural light and woodland views proven to help with physical and mental wellbeing, the office makes the most of the rural surroundings.
Coming inside again, all of the office space and desk areas are surrounded by sound-absorbent surfaces, which include the flooring, the walls and the specially designed ceiling rafts. By investing in the acoustics of the office, we aim to make the desk area a more enjoyable place to be.
Part of the family
It is important to us, that all of our employees feel a sense of belonging. The main atrium or “The Middle” of the Moneypenny Wrexham office, was designed to ensure that employees from all departments are able to share their thoughts and ideas with people from throughout the business.
Whilst the whole company comes together in The Middle, the Dog & Bone and at our wonderful parties, day to day PAs work as a family of five. With an experienced team leader on hand to guide the newer members of the team, you have someone to lean on for support and advice.
