Bosch puts a focus on service with new partnership

The Bosch Car Service Network has demonstrated its continued commitment to delivering high standards of customer care following the announcement of a new partnership with Moneypenny.

The network – which comprises 350 component automotive workshops nationwide – has awarded a preferred supplier status to Moneypenny, the leading outsourced communications provider to the automotive industry.

The partnership will enable workshops to improve their customer service and front of house efficiency while saving costs in the long run via use of Moneypenny’s innovative telephone answering and live chat platforms.
