Moneypenny welcomes new ‘Head of IT Services’

Mel’s move is incredibly exciting for Moneypenny

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mel Carlen who has joined us as Head of IT Services.

Mel joins with a wealth of experience and is passionate about process, IT and data governance. An expert in the delivery of transformation projects that embrace technology, Mel has more than 20 years’ experience of customer experience and has spent 17 years at M&S, where she had a number of different roles spanning from IT change management to heading up their contact centre commercial function.

In her new role, Mel is charged with leading our fast growing IT team and developing the exciting AI led technology we are pioneering. She is also looking forward to exciting customers with intuitive cutting-edge technology that makes it easier for businesses to communicate with their clients and showcase their fantastic customer service.
