Streamlined lead management with Moneypenny’s Rex software integration

Leading outsourced communications business Moneypenny has partnered with Rex Software to provide seamless inbound lead follow-up for property agents across the UK.

This addition to Moneypenny’s property offering will help agents to manage the sales funnel and save time and money. The integration enables all viewing and valuation enquiries handled by Moneypenny to be logged directly into the Rex system – so double-keying of messages is not required.

The integration also puts all leads in one place from the outset to improve data accuracy, follow-up efficiency and lead reporting.

The integration is powered by Zapier and works with Moneypenny’s Telephone Answering and Outsourced Switchboard services.

Joel Davies, Business Development Manager for Property at Moneypenny, said: “This Moneypenny and Rex collaboration is all about helping estate and letting agents work smarter rather than harder by improving and simplifying their processes.

“By working together and integrating our technologies, we can give our property clients greater value and the time-saving tools they need to thrive. It’s been so great working with Rex, and we’re excited for our continued partnership, especially through the busy Spring and Summer seasons.”

Mark Hinkins, Head of UK Sales from Rex Software said: “Our integration with Moneypenny allows property agents to focus on what they do best – selling and letting properties – while the technology takes care of the administrative tasks. By streamlining lead management, our collaboration with Moneypenny is set to bring significant benefits to property professionals across the UK.”.
