Moneypenny appoints new Vice President of Operations North America

Mel Carlen; Vice President of Operations North America

Mel Carlen has been appointed as Vice President of Operations North America, as part of Moneypenny’s growth and acquisition plans. 

Mel, who was previously Moneypenny’s Head of IT services in the UK, will be leading the US team which is currently growing at a rate of 50% year on year, having already grown its team by 25% this year.

In her previous role, Mel led the IT team in developing AI-driven technology that makes it easier for businesses to communicate with their clients and provide exceptional customer service.  Before joining Moneypenny, Mel was Head of Customer Experience at Amey; the leading supplier of consulting and infrastructure support services, both in the UK and internationally. Prior to this, she also worked in various roles at Marks and Spencer.
