This year has been a strange one for us all, and although everyone has risen to the challenge magnificently, myself and our legal team wanted to share our top 12 ‘thankyous’ from this year.
1. Our first thank you goes to Askews Legal who, as well as being our loyal client, have given their valuable insight into the workings of a legal firm throughout the pandemic by joining our focus groups. It’s really helped us shape the service we deliver to our clients in 2020 so a big thank you to the Askews team.
2. Where would we have been this year without The Lawyer! It’s been a pleasure to take part in numerous webinars, read the amazing content being produced this year and catch up regularly with their incredible employees.
3. Charlotte and the team at Alternative Events have done an amazing job this year, ensuring the event world continued whilst working from home – even through lockdowns!

6. The hardest working person in legal marketing? Potentially. Clare Fanner has been monumental in our 2020 journey, shaping the way we work virtually. As well as launching The Law Firm Marketing club this year (of which we’re thrilled to be a trusted partner!) she’s also helped me overcome my webinar fears!
7. Thanks to Mark Day at Lawsouth for constantly keeping myself and the team up to date with innovative ideas.
8. Thanks to Andrew Sutcliffe at Quechua Digital for referring his valuable clients to us that were looking for amazing customer service for their switchboard.
