On my app, when I set Moneypenny to answer my calls, it’s as if they’re based here, by my side, in my office. Imagine, at the click of a button, a receptionist suddenly appears, answering any calls I can’t get to. That’s what we’re doing here.
If I were a bigger business, I’d be turning around and telling my receptionist what I’m up to, but I’m not and I don’t need to do that. I just do it on my dashboard and she knows, straight away, exactly what to say to my callers and how I’d like those calls handled.
I can choose to send just unanswered calls or every call to Moneypenny. The important thing is that it’s completely up to me. I treat Moneypenny exactly as if they were based in my office.
